These Dianthus can be used both indoors and outdoors, will flower from spring until late autumn, and are completely hardy. Plants form a neat compact mound of grassy foliage smothered with semi to fully double flowers. Added bonus of a wonderful spicy-clove fragrance. Excellent for containers, rock gardens and borders. Drought tolerant and easy to grow. Prefers well-drained soil in sun or part shade. Good drainage is essential for winter hardiness. Evergreen.
