Heirloom beefsteak type tomato variety that produces flattened to round shaped fruit. Mild-flavored, meaty, 1-2 pound, pink-red tomatoes with yellow shoulders have a low acid flavor.
Vigorous vines need staking or a tomato cage to hold the big, sandwich size tomatoes. The nearly seedless tomatoes are ideal for slicing, canning or freezing.
