Jet Star produces heavy yields of medium sized 8-10 oz globe shaped fruit that are resistant to cracking and scarring. The vigorous vines grow to heights of 4-6 feet and will need staking to support the weight of the dozens of fruits Jet Star will produce throughout the growing season.
Low in acids, sweet, and big on flavor, this tomato is the perfect choice for anything from slicing to canning. When canning this low acid tomato it is best to add a small amount of lemon juice or citric acid to each jar.
