Prized for its vividly colored leaves, Caladium 'Gingerland' (Angel Wings) is a tuberous perennial with large, lance-shaped, creamy-white leaves adorned with cranberry freckles and dark green margins. Inconspicuous, calla-type flowers appear in summer, but they are usually hidden by the leaves. This dwarf, strap-leaved Caladium is ideal to enliven borders and containers. It also makes an excellent houseplant.
