An early variety Jalapeno type. Plants bear 2 in. to 3 in. x 1 in., sausage-shaped, blunt-ended, dark-green fruit. They can be left on the bush to mature to a fiery red color with medium heat. Plant hot and sweet peppers in separate areas to avoid cross-pollination. Pick peppers regularly for increased yields. For small space gardens, this variety can be grown in a 12in or larger container. Peppers need warmth to grow so do not rush transplanting into the garden.
