This quick growing Asian spinach has smooth, lobed arrow shaped leaves. The uniform dark green leaves have a mild slightly sweet flavor and are held upright on very dense long-stemmed plants. It’s quick growing, cut when young for baby spinach or grow longer for mature leaves or pick individual leaves as you need them. Plant will withstand cooler weather and is slow to bolt. Use in stir fries, soups and salads or quickly blanch in a flavorful broth as part of a Chinese Hot Pot.
